to you and ask a lot of questions so he can see the big picture
and help you know what your mortgage and financial options
are. The 30 or 15 year fixed
mortgage still exists but is only one of hundreds of
programs available. It is Jeff’s job to understand
your unique, personal situation and match you with the mortgage loan program for you that best
meets your needs. It is also Jeff’s job to
help you understand the loan program and why it is most
beneficial to you in your financial situation.
